    My Client, a global Consultancy group are looking to hire a Private Client Tax Director to join to growth.


    Job Description:


    As the Private Client Tax Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading tax compliance assignments for partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and individual tax clients.

    You will exhibit strong technical proficiency in handling specific tax forms such as 1040, 1041, 709, and FinCEN 114.

    Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, researching, and analyzing complex tax issues while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Proficiency:

    Showcase your expertise in tax compliance for partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and individual clients, including a strong command of tax forms 1040, 1041, 709, and FinCEN 114.


    Strategic Tax Planning:

    Play a pivotal role in advising and assisting with tax-planning initiatives for individual clients, providing invaluable insights and recommendations.


    Leadership and Mentorship:

    Lead by example as you supervise and mentor a team, imparting technical knowledge and guiding them through diverse tax-related tasks.


    Project Management:
    Efficiently manage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while delivering high-quality outcomes.


    Requirements:
    7+ years of tax experience primarily focused on working with high net worth individuals in providing tax planning services, reviewing client workpapers, and preparing income tax returns
    Experience with Gift, Estate, and Trust tax planning and compliance experience a plus;
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
    Advanced degree or degree required (MST, MAcc, JD/LLM, or CPA);
    Big 4 experience a plus;
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);
    Experience managing multiple projects including scheduling, budgeting, corresponding with clients, and billing;
