    Pay rate: 27.00

    Hybrid Role - 3 days onsite / 2 days Remote
    Must be a US Citizen
    Interview Process - MS Teams followed by Onsite Interview

    TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS:

    Creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials.

    Researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for administrative tasks related to purchasing goods and services within an organization.
    • Handle paperwork, maintain records, and assist with the procurement process.
    • Processing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
    • Primarily administrative and operational.
    • Deals with paperwork, documentation, and coordination.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Typically require basic knowledge of procurement processes.
    • Less involved in direct negotiations with suppliers.
    • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 24 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
    • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Performs a variety of complicated tasks
    Typically reports to a manager.
