- Proclinical is seeking a Senior Associate Scientist, Protein Engineering & Bioconjugation to join a stealth biotech company.
- The Senior Associate Scientist will be a motivated and curious researcher, with willingness to learn about numerous areas of bioconjugation, chemistry and biochemistry.
- In this role, the individual will integrate knowledge of chemistry and biology to enable drug delivery to a specific tissue/cell type.
- Hands on experience with antibody/protein characterization, antibody bioconjugation, purification, and characterization of conjugates.
- Experience with biochemical and biophysical techniques for protein ligand characterization (e.g., SPR, BLI, ELISA, DSF, DLS, etc
- Experience with analytical techniques for characterization of protein ligands and conjugates (e.g., SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC, ion exchange and size exclusion chromatography, LC-MS, UV-vis).
- Generate, purify, and analyze novel bioconjugates for in-vitro and in-vivo studies using developed procedures.
