We're currently searching for an attorney with a strong academic background and five years of experience with trust & estate litigation. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills and ability to handle a case from inception through resolution, including drafting discovery and motions, depositions, trial preparation and court and trial appearances.     Qualifications and Experience:

    • JD Degree from Top-Tier Law School
    • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
    • 5 or more years of relevant and demonstrative Trust and Estate Litigation experience with a reputable firm
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; engages with clients with ease
    • Strong research and drafting skills; precise, detail-oriented and focused
    • Reliable team player; committed to professional and firm growth and development
    • Familiarity with local court rule and procedures
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); comfortable with technology including document management software and timekeeping applications
