The program will be supported by AHFT physicians from Christ, but the main location is going to be at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

This acclaimed medical center offers comprehensive heart care in the state of Illinois, including a highly rated cardiac surgery program, interventional and heart failure programs, ongoing remote hemodynamic monitoring program, congenital heart disease and cardio-oncology programs, advanced electrophysiology interventional program, a 24/7 state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization lab with options for advanced percutaneous interventions and cardiogenic shock team, and a structural heart program.

Full-time advanced heart failure clinical practice opportunity (1.0 FTE)
Two-year salary floor plus sign-on bonus
Involvement in medical education
Nine general cardiology fellows
Weekend call rotation 1:6 for AHFT and general cardiology team
Proficiency in cath lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic assessments, myocardial biopsies, PA pressure sensor implants (optional)
EPIC EMR
Polish or Spanish speaking preferred, but not required

Completion of an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant fellowship program required
