Gresham Hunt have partnered with a Large Cap Real Estate Fund that are seeking to expand their Acquisitions team based on the West Coast.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years' of sell/buy-side Real Estate experience at a reputable organizations (Elite Boutique or Mid-Large Cap firms)
• Excellent academics from highly regarded educational institutions
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-sensitive deadlines and multiple demands
• Strong interpersonal skills with an attention to detail
• Either West Coast based or happy to relocate to West Coast
