    FM Openings in NC - H1/J1 eligibleLocations include:

    • Roanoke Rapids, NC - 85 miles to Raleigh/Durham
    • Henderson, NC - 45 miles to Raleigh
    • Full-time, permanent
    • M-F type schedule, at least 36 hours of patient care and 4 hours of admin per week
    • 25 patients per 8-hr day for MD/DO, 20 for PA/NP
    • Outpatient only. After-hours call is telephonic only, group-wide rotating call schedule
    • Well-established practices
      • Health group is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center serving the underserved in rural northeastern North Carolina.
    • Well-established primary medical care practice founded in 1974
    • Directed by a patient-majority Board of Directors
    • Providers include: Family Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, OB/GYNs, Pediatricians, Internists, Dentists, Clinical Pharmacists, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers
    • 300+ employees group-wide focused on providing patient-centered, evidence-based, quality care
    • 10 locations are NCQA-recognized Level III Patient Centered Medical Home
      • We are committed to serving our region's underserved through:
    • 12 Family Practice offices, OB/GYN office, Pediatrics office, School Based Health Center program
    • 3 Dental offices
    • 3 in-house pharmacies and 340b pharmacy services
    • Integrated Behavioral Health - Adult and Child Psychologists and LCSWs
    • Case Management
    • RN ACO Care Managers
    • Community-Based Outreach Program, including Migrant/Seasonal Farm Worker, Cancer, Diabetes, insurance enrollment assistance, etc.
      • As a Community Health Center, we see everyone - all ages, all backgrounds with special emphasis on the underserved. Insured/Medicare/NC Medicaid/NC Health Choice/uninsured. We use eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR for medical and dental patient records/practice management.Company Benefits:
