    We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team In this important role, you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient communication with our customers, clients, and sales executives in handing all daily requests, special orders, repairs, and product information.

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    Respond to incoming customer service communications

    · Provide collectors, potential customers, sales executives of retail stores with product information

    · Fulfill all inquiries with accurate information relative to Special Orders, Repairs, Show dates, Retailer info, Certificates, Merchandise info, Catalog requests, Trade-In Returns

    · Research availability of inventory and matching items

    Respond to email inquiries from customer's corporate offices relative to merchandise status and pricing requests

    Respond to Customer Service inquiries on social media

    Minimum Qualifications

    · College degree is a plus

    · 2 years' experience in a customer service environment handling specialty items

    · Social media skills a plus

    · Interest in jewelry and fashion is a plus

    · Proven communication skills

    · Proven interpersonal skills

    · Organized and detail oriented

    · Effective writing skills to compose and issue emails and correspondence

    · Experience working in a deadline driven work environment
