• Developing plans for the installation, maintenance and repair of water/stormwater systems
• Designing and constructing water/stormwater systems to meet current regulations
• Maintaining a high level of customer service when dealing with clients and stakeholder
• Working closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
• Providing leadership to junior engineers
• Investigate and develop solutions that involve multiple engineering disciplines
• Analyze project requirements, site conditions and user expectations and provide concise engineering recommendations
• Utilize relevant software tools to assist in analysis and design
• Perform project management related tasks and communication (including environmental and occupational safety and health plans, sequence of work, cutover plans, and operational risk management plans)
• Prepare and maintain civil engineering standards and specifications to assure conformance to building codes and safety requirements and to improve the quality and economy of construction, maintenance, and operation

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar qualification
• PE License or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering preffered
• 5+ years experience in Water & Wastewater systems design
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with AutoCAD
