Looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience with both Autopilot and MS InTune for this 100% remote role

This role is an integral part of the company's IT Infrastructure responsible for evaluating new and existing technologies, driving innovation, end-use-devices, and enhancing efficiencies in imaging, cloud technology, and configuration management. As a member of our team, you will focus on leveraging multi-platform endpoint management to automate solutions streamlining endpoints and systems.

? Design and architecture configurations.

? Design and configure Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions

? Design and configure MECM (SCCM) for OS, software updates, software deployments, and package updates

? Maintain and support JAMF, WSUS, SCCM, MS Intune

? Troubleshoot and provide Level-3 support related to ticket resolution and triage

? Collaborate and work with IT System Architects, IT Deployment, IT Security, and MS-Cloud-AD groups.

Skills:

? Knowledge of Hardware and Software Infrastructure

? Operating Systems Concepts - Active Directory, Security, OS Internals

? strong knowledge of any Windows OS, Mobile device OS(Android/Ios), understanding of Cloud services

? Functional knowledge of JAMF, WSUS, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune MDM infrastructure.

? Implement and manage endpoint security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

? Perform secure baseline image creation and tailoring of Windows operating system images for the interim and progress moving forward with Windows OOBE via Intune

? Integrate and optimize endpoint solutions within our evolving cloud infrastructure, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, or equivalent tools to deprecate co-management with SCCM.

? Identify opportunities for automation in endpoint management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention via Entra/Intune.

? strong PowerShell skills/experience

? Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID GPO management

? Develop comprehensive documentation and architectural design/diagrams.
