    Description

    Office Manager position at Stinson LLP requires coordination of office operations, including staff hiring, performance management, and facilities maintenance. This role supervises reception, facilities, Legal Administrative Assistant employees and outside vendors ensuring exceptional client service.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Human Resources & Employee Relations (40%): Coordinate local staff hiring, new hire orientation/integration/I-9 process for attorneys and staff
    • Facilities & Equipment (30%): Maintain office supplies furniture printers copiers postage meter manage conference room scheduling caterer needs participate in design oversee emergency system notifications prepare/managed Facilities budget operating occupancy capital budgets
    • Finance Purchasing Inventory (20%): Order inventory reconciliation with vendors maintain check writing obligations enter/reconcile/approve administrative expenses initiate wires review trust account deposit reviews compensation goal-setting coaching terminations employee relations programs
