- Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis of individuals within a family.
- Provide brief therapeutic interventions and bridge treatment while connecting family members to appropriate long-term services in the community.
- Provide family psychoeducation around mental health and strategies for behavior and symptom management
- Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to write clinical case notes and care plans
- Participates in case presentations
- Assists clinical director in providing clinical trainings for staff
- Contributes to managed care initiatives, program development and system design
- Attends weekly individual and group supervision
- Works collaboratively with Behavioral Health providers/agencies as well as other needed service resources for clients
- Contribute to the design and implementations of client assessments
- Participates in case review sessions with staff and outside agencies

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000, (Up to $90,000 for LICSW) Exempt
Overview:
The Clinical Social Worker is responsible for assessing families with complex needs, connecting them to appropriate resources, providing updates on the family's progress, and continued monitoring of the family's clinical needs. Within the family unit, the clinician may be expected to provide assessment, diagnosis and brief treatment planning for individual members of the family as appropriate. The Clinical Social Worker will work collaboratively with Case Managers, Program Coordinators, Program Managers and Directors to problem solve and identify solutions for complex situations.
