    About the Role...

As a Salary.comSenior Professional Services Consultant , you will perform product implementations for new customers as well as support existing customers in the use of the CompAnalyst software. This is a consultative role focused on providing compensation-related solutions that ensure the success of our customers. Requires detail orientation, project management capabilities, systems comprehrension, and the ability to use Microsoft Excel in managing large data sets.

    • Base Salary Range: $78,000-$83,000 plus quarterly bonus potential

    A Day in the Life...

    • Implement/Onboard new enterprise software clients.
    • Define configuration, processes, and best practices while being the main point of contact for all technical support and services to a designated set of clients
    • Provide consultative solutions to our customers through 's Enterprise Software.
    • Conduct research to provide answers to the myriad of questions that other compensation professionals have in order to do their jobs.
    • Develop scalable processes for application of 's software solution.
    • Establish best fit configuration schemes for managing client data in our software offerings.
    • Provide consultative compensation best practice feedback across a range of client sophistication.
    • Prepare testing plans and assure data quality.
    • Document business processes for data production.
    • Help clients effectively use software and data in order to manage their compensation programs.
    • Write and edit thought leadership content for consumers and enterprises.
    • Contribute to compensation consulting projects.
    • Contribute to new product development by working with Product Managers.
    • Mentor and train junior team members within the Professional Services team and across
    • 's Customer Success organization.

    About You....

    • Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Math, Business Analytics focused preferred)
    • 2-4 years of experience in corporate compensation management and a desire for continuous learning in the field
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
    • Certified Compensation Professional a plus
