    Sales Performance Management

    The District Sales Manager will lead a collective retail team within a designated district, driving overall performance and results of approximately 15+ stores. This role inspires Store Managers to take ownership of their store and fosters a culture of high performance, positivity, and inclusivity.

    Under this leadership, retail team members operate with a customer-centric mindset as we deliver on our mission to inspire individual self-expression through amazing fashion.

    • Lead store teams to consistently execute business plans, drive top-line sales, and meet financial goals and objectives.
    • Partner with SVP, Retail and Regional Sales Manager to identify and develop successful strategies to meet sales goals.
    • Oversee and maximize store volume and profit in accordance with store/company goals.
    • Effectively utilize business plans and reports to analyze trends and drive key performance indicator (KPI) results.
    • Manage operational execution by directing store teams using new and existing processes and procedures (SOPs).
    • Lead weekly store management meetings to communicate corporate directives and initiatives.
    • Support and promote HQ Visual direction to ensure stores execute a compelling visual presentation.
    • Coach store management team on business acumen, visual presentation, and people management.
    • Manage store talent success through effective coaching, development, recruiting, and retention strategies.
    • Collaborate with other District Sales Managers to improve overall talent quality in region.
    • Partner with Regional Loss Prevention Manager to identify trends and develop action plans to reduce district shrink.

    Requirements

    This role requires:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit management in a comparable retail environment.
    • Proven ability to drive sales results, analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
    • Strong business match acumen with the ability to understand and articulate profit and loss statements, margin developments, and budgets and sales forecasts.
    • Strong sense of urgency while maintaining quality results.
    • Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    Travel Requirements

    This role requires frequent travel (approximately 3-4 days per week). Opportunities for professional growth abound within our company and its parent, Sparc Group LLC.
