- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit management in a comparable retail environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales results, analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
- Strong business match acumen with the ability to understand and articulate profit and loss statements, margin developments, and budgets and sales forecasts.
- Strong sense of urgency while maintaining quality results.
- Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Sales Performance Management
The District Sales Manager will lead a collective retail team within a designated district, driving overall performance and results of approximately 15+ stores. This role inspires Store Managers to take ownership of their store and fosters a culture of high performance, positivity, and inclusivity.
Under this leadership, retail team members operate with a customer-centric mindset as we deliver on our mission to inspire individual self-expression through amazing fashion.
