    Job Title: Subject Matter Expert

    About the Position:

    Tetra Tech AMT is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in support of our FAA business.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert services and leadership in specialized technical areas, including problem definition and solution implementation that meet government requirements.
    • Offer expertise as needed across task assignments and guide others on how to resolve organizational needs through project life cycles.
    • Understand and implement best practices in the area of expertise to ensure high-quality results.

    Requirements:

    • At least 12 years of experience, including 8 years of expert-level experience in specialized technical or managerial roles.
    • PhD in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Excellent computer literacy in FAA multi-system software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
    • Federal experience related to functional responsibilities.
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex information and prioritize actions to meet deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems through systematic analysis of processes.
    • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and discretion when handling confidential information.
