    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to join our team at Boss Exteriors Inc.

    As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading, unloading, and movement of materials within our warehouse and job sites.

    This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in material handling and a strong work ethic.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive incoming materials and accurately record them in inventory
    • Organize and maintain inventory in warehouse and job sites
    • Load and unload materials from trucks and other delivery vehicles
    • Move materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, hand trucks or other equipment
    • Ensure all materials are labeled correctly and are stored in designated locations
    • Work closely with other team members to maintain an efficient flow of materials
    • Report any damaged or missing materials to supervisor
    • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience in material handling
    • Valid forklift operator certification preferred
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
    • Positive attitude and a team player
    • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and in outdoor environments
    • Must pass preemployment background check and drug screening
