Support the Engineering team on assorted projects towards meeting 2024 objectives. Typical work activities could include:

• Monitoring and assisting during batch trial operations in a chemical manufacturing environment,
• Preparing AutoCAD P&ID drawings for various site locations as part of process integrity efforts
• Support
• Performing online research for information needed for Technical Engineering solutions for projects.
• Developing and improving the existing Engineering portal website
• Collecting technical data for equipment in support of process integrity efforts
• Labeling of equipment and pipes at a chemical manufacturing site
• Performing simple engineering calculations for specific project elements

What do we look for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering preferred followed by Mechanical and Electrical Engineering disciplines. Industrial Engineering degree will also be considered.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work semi-independently and in a team environment.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office suite tools.
• AutoCAD experience along with working in 3D digital model systems.
• Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or work experience in an engineering / plant environment or related field.
