- Establish and maintain strong relationships with managers and technical leads, effectively communicating the value and process of data cataloging.
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders throughout the data cataloging process.
- Help the PM in leading the data onboarding process, providing clear guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Manage the data cataloging process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the PM and technical team to establish data connections within the data catalog.
- Coordinate effectively between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Proactively identify risks and issues related to the data cataloging process.
- Recognize when to escalate issues and risks, ensuring that they are promptly and appropriately addressed.
- Develop and present slide decks to illustrate the data cataloging process and progress.
- Keep records of the data cataloging process, ensuring that all relevant parties are updated on the project status.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably with a focus on data management.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in creating professional slide decks and reports.
