    Wellness Coordinator Purpose:
    To assist in leading a comprehensive wellness program. The Wellness Coordinator coordinates, plans, and facilitates health and fitness activities and resources for employees that promote healthy lifestyles.


    Responsibilities:


    Promote a working environment across all our teams that focuses on all areas of wellness Plan and coordinate activities such as movement and fitness challenges, team activities, as well as the roll-out of relevant resourcesEducate employees on the importance of health and wellness and motivate them to make healthy changesMaintain accurate records and track rewards progress of employeesDevelop and deliver presentations on health and wellness topicsCollaborate with other departments to promote a culture of health and wellnessAbility to serve as a confidential resource, and maintain a high level of confidentialityMust be willing to travel to job sites in all markets Qualifications:Education or experience in health science, social work, crisis management, or related field2+ years of experience in health or wellness promotionKnowledge of health and wellness topicsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAble to motivate and engage employees in wellness initiativesSelf-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team*Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
