Accounts Payable Coordinator ($65,000/yr + bonus)
Seekinga skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the heart ofBoston. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to$65,000, plus an annual bonus. The ideal candidate will be adept at managingboth property-level and corporate-level accounts payable operations. This roleheavily utilizes Avid Exchange as part of our Yardi accounting system, makingexperience with these tools essential.

The role includes processing invoices,maintaining financial policies, and handling vendor relations, all within ahigh-volume, system-driven environment that minimizes manual work.

Whatwe are looking for:
1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within thereal estate sector
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Must have hands-on experience with Avid and Yardi systems
Proven ability to research AP issues and improve processes
Strong capability in managing and inputting large volumes of invoicedata
Knowledge of utility invoices and real estate taxes is highlyadvantageous
Excellent skills in MS Office and the ability to adapt to newaccounting software
Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the abilityto work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to handle high-pressure situations and meet tightdeadlines
