- Experience advising non-traditional adult learners, transfer students, etc.
- Experience connecting coursework to workforce skills and competencies.
- Experience implementing interventions that support recruitment, retention, and on-time graduation of nontraditional, readmit, and transfer students. Minimum Required Licenses and/or Certifications None required. Qualifications
- Must have an active research agenda and/or a clearly defined research plan, preferably in areas such as: Adult Education and career transitions, Recruitment and Retention of Non-traditional/Adult Learners, and High Impact Practices in teaching and learning.
- Must have strong educational technology and digital literacy skills.
- Must have some college level teaching experience.
- Must exhibit strong potential for excellence in teaching, both in-person and online.
- A commitment to fostering a strong collaborative environment by being actively engaged in on-campus activities and departmental/college meetings/programs, etc.
