    Exciting Locum Tenens Opportunity for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts Are you a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry? We have a unique locum tenens opportunity available immediately at a brand-new freestanding psychiatric hospital located near Pittsfield, MA.

    This assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and extends through May 31, 2024, providing you with a fantastic opportunity to contribute your expertise to this innovative facility.


    Position Highlights:

    Schedule:

    This locum tenens position involves scheduled clinical hours only, offering a Monday through Friday work schedule with no call requirements.

    The assignment duration is six months, concluding on May 31, 2024.


    Patient Load:
    With an average caseload of 8-10 patients and a maximum of 12, you'll have the opportunity to provide specialized care to children and adolescents in a supportive environment


    Setting:
    Join a dynamic team at a brand-new freestanding psychiatric hospital with 24 beds, allowing for a collaborative and innovative work experience


    Experience Requirement:
    Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry is required for this role


    Credentialing and Support:
    The estimated credentialing timeframe is 30-45 days, ensuring a swift onboarding process. Temporary privileges are available, and the facility accepts bids from providers with active licenses in Massachusetts.


    Travel and Location:
    The facility will provide hotel expenses if needed, and the nearest airport ensures convenient travel. Explore the charming surroundings near Pittsfield, MA, while contributing to the mental health needs of the local community.


    Supervision and Support:
    Supervision will be provided by a highly experienced child psychiatrist via tele-remote, offering you guidance and support as needed
