    Due to clearance level all canddiates need to be US Citizen
    W2 ONLY

    10 years of experience with Salesforce, a few Salesforce certifications, and ideally, experience overseeing projects in the public sector — federal, state, or municipal.

    Interacting with clients and giving presentations. Experience running a team and meeting delivery schedules
    A Salesforce Architect plays a crucial role in designing and implementing effective Salesforce solutions for an organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, business processes, and technical expertise.

    Job Overview:


    The Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of the organization.

    This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Solution Design:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
    Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, considering factors such as data models, security models, integration points, and user experience.

    Technical Leadership:
    Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
    Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and best practices, and leverage them to optimize solution design.

    Customization and Configuration:
    Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business requirements.
    Design and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, and other Salesforce features.

    Integration:
    Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
    Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.

    Performance Optimization:
    Identify and address performance issues in Salesforce implementations.
    Optimize code and configurations to enhance system performance.

    Documentation:
    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and deployment plans.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to ensure cohesive and successful project delivery.
    Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Salesforce certifications
    Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
    Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative features and Apex programming.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and integration.
