Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Location: Boiling Springs, SC

We have just the opportunity for you if so Soliant is currently seeking dedicated a Special Education Teacher to join our team in Boiling Springs, SCfor the school year. This is a full-time positionand it involves working with elementary schoolers (grades K-5).

Job Details:

• Position Type: Full-time, onsite
• Duration: school year

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in various subjects.
• Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education and Master's degree in Special Educationrequired
• Valid South Carolina state licensure as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience in an elementary school setting preferred
• Experience with physical disabilities, behavioral disabilities, and learning disabilities preferred
