    WebsterRogers Financial Advisors (WRFA) is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor for our Florence, SC office to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals. The Associate Financial Advisor will conduct the following activities:

    • Assist Financial Advisors in managing client relationships, including participating in client meetings, documenting notes, assigning tasks, executing on follow up, and initiating regular client contact
    • Conduct and record communications with prospective clients with the goal of converting a prospect to a client.
    • Gather data and perform analysis, develop financial planning recommendations
    • Drive growth by meeting revenue targets
    • Provide premier client service by preparing for client meetings, planning updates, portfolio changes and reviews, information gathering, portfolio returns and implementing recommendations
    • Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, investment preferences, and financial goals
    • Develop effective working relationships with internal team members and external professionals to provide effective service for clients
    • Research ad-hoc topics and provide support on special projects as needed
    • Assist with marketing projects, analytics, social media, prospect/client material, and website

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
    • CFPTM Certificate or willingness to obtain is a plus
    • Proficient with investment software
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Series 65 license or the ability to obtain within 90 days
    • Project a professional and pleasant demeanor to work with advisors, administration, and clients in a deadline-driven environment; Polished interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to operate under high integrity and follow compliance rules
    • Employ solid analytical skills in researching and resolving problems
