Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Center
Are you a dedicated and experienced nurse looking to join a dynamic team in the Emergency Center of a level 1 trauma center? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The Emergency Center boasts a 64 bed unit, including a specialized 7 bed pediatric emergency area, providing a diverse range of patient care experiences. From trauma to pediatrics, cardiac to burn patients, you will encounter various critical cases.
Triage Training:
Get hands-on Triage training to understand the flow of the emergency center. As a triage nurse, you will make critical decisions about patient prioritization. Familiarize yourself with the ESI 5 tier index triage system as part of this process, enabling you to assess patient urgency effectively.
Responsibilities:
As a registered professional nurse in the Emergency Center, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, planning, and evaluating nursing care. Collaborate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
