    Full Time

    Job Summary


    Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury and help build or restore vocational/ daily living skills as well as general independence.

    Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

    Occupational Therapy: 5 years.

    Minimum of 200 continuing education contact hours in an approved specialty:
    Certified Hand Therapist. Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist Certification within specialty when available and expected. Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred, NBCOT (National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy).


    Qualifications:
    BLD - Bachelor's

    Level Degree:
    Occupational Therapy (Required)

    Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Occupational Therapist License (OT) - State license - North Carolina, Occupational Therapist License (OT) - State license - Other/National, Occupational Therapist License (OT) - State license - Virginia
