QLM Search is partnering a leading global ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Senior Sales Director.Reporting to the Divisional VP and forming part of a high performing divisional SLT, the role will be instrumental in delivering an exciting 5 year commercial strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidates need to have proven experience as a Sales (Senior) Director within the Ingredients & Flavor industry with excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Food (ideally bakery, confectionary, snack) Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation.
You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
