Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Finance Transformation Office (Business PMO) and lead multiple concurrent initiatives across finance and enterprise functions.
This role operates on the business side (not IT) and focuses on ensuring business readiness, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and operational continuity during large-scale transformation efforts.
The ideal candidate has a strong finance background, proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, and exceptional communication and adaptability skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple transformation initiatives within the Finance organization.
Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Executive stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive business-side execution for enterprise programs such as:
ERP Modernization
HR Transformation (Workday/UKG)
Data Migration to Snowflake
Identify and mitigate business impacts and risks associated with system and process changes.
Oversee change management, stakeholder communication, and operational readiness planning.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions.
Manage vendors and coordinate across internal business and technical teams.
Top Qualifications:
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a structured PMO environment.
Strong finance or accounting background (corporate finance, FP&A, controllership, audit, etc.).
Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Experience supporting business-side delivery of ERP or HR transformation programs.
Familiarity with systems such as Workday, UKG, Snowflake, or enterprise ERP platforms preferred.

Data migration or enterprise reporting transformations
Business impact analysis and risk management
