    Description


    The VP of Marketing will lead all marketing initiatives, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and boosting revenue.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company's overall business objectives.
    Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support, to ensure marketing initiatives are executed successfully.
    Develop and execute effective campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

    Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer to develop the company's brand identity and ensure that all marketing initiatives are consistent with the brand.

    Lead the development of content marketing to promote the company and engage with customers.
    Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a consistent and effective messaging strategy.
    Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities, and use this information to continuously improve marketing initiatives.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree highly preferred.
    Auction house experience preferred.10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
    Deep understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics.
    Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
    Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to executive leadership.
    Proven experience in budget management, with the ability to allocate resources effectively to meet marketing goals.
