    We are seeking an

    Associate Director of Operations

    to

    Associate Director of Operations

    will

    handle

    the

    overall management of operational, clinical, administrative, and financial areas of

    the


    operations department with attention to goals and objectives for areas of responsibility that are consistent with company culture and philosophy.

    Responsible for establishing short- and long-term goals and objectives in line with company as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state and city regulatory agencies.

    Position Responsibilities

    :

    Evaluates work of

    operations team members.
    Develops policies and procedures consistent with sound medical and business practice and as required by regulatory agencies.

    Assures compliance with regulatory, insurance and ethical standards regarding safety of patients, employees, and property; identifies contingency plans to deal with potential risks.

    Establishes goals and objectives for the department that are consistent with needs of the company

    .
    Assists with department committees and participates in committees as assigned.
    Conducts research and analysis of new technologies to improve services, reduce costs and increase revenues.
    Resolves problems and improves services by maintaining cooperative working relationships with all departments and team members
    Position

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree

    and

    a minimum of 10 years of Medical Practice Management experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
    Knowledge of accounting, data, administrative processes, and principles
    Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
    Knowledge of medical coding
    Knowledge of medical issues and terminology
    Knowledge of applicable regulations and state and federal laws
    Computer skills including knowledge of relevant software
    Frequent travel across Greater New York Service Area.
