    POSITION PURPOSE:


    Carlo Gavazzi is a known global leader specializing in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of products and networking solutions for the Industrial Automation and Building Automation industries.

    The Regional HR Business Partner, Americas is responsible for supporting multiple locations (USA, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico) and serve as the local contact for HR related matters including Talent Acquisition and Management, Employee Development,

    onboarding/offboarding,

    payroll, employee relations & legal compliance.

    This role presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by contributing to the development of a thriving team culture.

    As a key liaison, you will maintain strong relationships within the organization and implement our HR strategy.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition Process:
    Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, from job preparation to hiring selection. Implement employer branding initiatives to attract external talent and foster internal development opportunities.

    Talent Management:
    Oversee the development of employees in the Americas, including defining competencies, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating career progression. Establish participative performance appraisal programs in conjunction with line managers.

    Workforce Planning:
    Conduct internal skill assessments to identify capabilities needed for future growth.

    Employee Relations:
    Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution. Proactively address employee concerns, contributing to a positive work environment. Establish disciplinary policies and procedures and investigate issues on discipline as well as enforcement.

    Onboarding/Offboarding

    and Compliance:
    Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, focusing on employee experience, induction, and career development.


    Manage processes and data including:
    ADP profiles, benefits administration, and compliance.
