- Supervising daily operations at designated sites to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Maintaining necessary daily paperwork for the site and crew, including site-specific closeout documentation.
- Implementing and following job instructions provided by leadership.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality control standards at all times.
- Compiling and uploading site-specific closeout documentation to customer interfaces.
- Coordinating with customer representatives for site-related activities while nurturing positive relationships.
- Offering leadership, guidance, and training to all crew members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Keeping equipment and vehicles operational at all times.
- Being open to travel as needed for job assignments.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
- Holding certifications in First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment.
- Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in interpreting and implementing Construction Drawings (CDs) and RF Data Sheets for precise project execution.
- Experience in assembling antenna sector frames, antennas, RRU/RRH (Remote Radio Units/Remote Radio Heads), Power and Fiber Distribution system to industry standards.
- Proficient in installing coaxial cables, power, and fiber trunks, and making coax connections for reliable RF signal transmission.
- Skilled in PIM and Sweep Testing.
- Possessing a valid driver's license and adhering to company motor vehicle policy.
- Ability to establish a safe work environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrating strong leadership skills with an emphasis on teaching and enforcing proper work and safety protocols.
- Capable of tower climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and occasionally working up to 12 hours.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug (including marijuana) and background screening.
- Being local to the market.
