The Counter Person serves as the front-line representative of our tool and equipment rental business. This role is responsible for assisting customers with rentals, sales, and service inquiries while ensuring accurate transactions, proper equipment readiness, and a positive customer experience.Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional service
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate tools or equipment for their projects
- Process rental contracts, sales transactions, and reservations accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
- Restock merchandise displays in the showroom
