- Answering general office phone line and serving clients accordingly, providing Spanish language services to all clients via phone and email communication.
- Management of all email communication and information filing of the general email inbox.
- Management of all client intake from website, email inbox, and direct referrals.
- Receiving, monitoring, uploading and reporting client applications for housing counseling and lending data from Credit Union partners.
- Receiving, monitoring, uploading, aggregating and reporting counseling data from nonprofit housing counseling partners using existing systems.
- High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Have 2-4 years of experience as a Receptionist , customer service, or related job.
