    What Will I Be Doing?

    • Delivering high-quality psychotherapeutic services to children and families using the Family Centered Treatment model.
    • Working towards preserving families through weekly in-home sessions and community-based services.

    • Flexibility, as the role requires afternoon, evening, and potential weekend hours for session planning.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is required.
    • Two years of experience working with youth or families is necessary.
    • One year of clinical work experience is preferred.
    • Must be a QMHP or eligible to register as a QMHP. (Refer to the Virginia Board of Counseling requirements here)
    • FCT Certification provided by Health Connect America upon hire.
    • Office is located in Sterling. Referrals in surrounding areas to include Reston, Chantilly and Centreville.

    Pay:$50,000 per year
