Job Summary:
Responsible for summarizing research data that will assist management in both long and short-range strategic planning. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of business processes. Analyzes data to develop cost benefit analysis of proposed programs through collection and data analysis. Works on upcoming projects in data reporting and other relevant analysis in relation to business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of business processes and industry practices.
Analyzes corresponding data to effectively recommend system procedure changes, enhancements, development of functional specifications.
Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly reports that are necessary.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies to validate data sets and reports.
Performs ad hoc analysis for internal management team as necessary.
Collects and analyzes data for potential business expansion.
Gathers information, assesses, determines, or identifies trends and recommends changes in project scope when needed.
Provides data analysis by conducting workflow analysis.
Gathers, reviews, and analyzes data requirements and models.
Identifies and analyzes new project initiatives by staying current with initiatives under consideration.
Maintains and updates reporting documents based on present and future requirements.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, statistics, or related field.
At least 1- 2 years of experience in an analytical role is preferred.
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
Ability to learn internal processes and regulations.
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
Proficient in manipulating and analyzing large sets of data by utilizing Excel formulas and pivot tables.
Healthcare industry or Pharmacy experience is preferred.


Physical Demands:

Required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
