    Position Summary:


    The Business Development Account Executive will have industry experience in seeking new business opportunities and partnerships that result in the global expansion of the PRL Brand.

    This role requires an agile candidate that will hunt channel dynamics of the industry creating qualified alliances that capture the most profitable synergies boosting revenue and long-term business growth.


    Essential Functions:
    Brand Product Line and Market Expert
    Research, prospect, present and create marketing campaigns for existing and new clients in target geographic markets.
    Meet daily, weekly and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with exceeding KPI's
    Create and present strategic presentations to clients and targets
    Manage follow-up and prospecting pipeline to maximize conversion to qualified leads for the team
    Forecast, budget and meet annual sales targets
    Prepare quotes and proposals for customers and responsible for other miscellaneous administrative duties
    Attend trade show functions and industry events
    Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
    Present our company to potential clients
    Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
    Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    Set up meetings or calls with (prospective) clients
    Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
    Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
    Track record of achieving sales quotas
    Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
    Understanding of sales performance metrics
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    Ability to deliver engaging presentations

    Education & Experience:
    Bachelor of Science Degree
    5-10 years of Industry experience
    Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
    Knowledge in Nutrition and the Dietary Supplement Industry

    Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
    Experience in, or understanding of Media, Marketing or a related field
    Passionate about sales and is customer service centric
    Positive, persistent and competitive
    Coachable and looking to continually improve
    Willing and available to travel when needed
    Strong Microsoft Office, social media, and application skills
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    Is a self-starter with solid follow-through and high attention to detail
    Has a basic understanding of marketing
    Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, interested in helping to build a business and be compensated according to performance

    Job Requirements:
    Willingness to be based at the company's physical location near Austin, Texas area
    Occasional overtime as needed
    No travel required

    $65, $85,000.00 per year
