    Vernon, IL location is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Training and Admin Coordinator to join our Quality group.

    THE POSITION


    The Maintenance Training and Admin Coordinator is responsible for all qualified maintenance personnel training and assists with all maintenance specific related activities; ensures hourly maintenance payroll is completed correctly and on time, responsible for the tracking of attendance, performance reviews, overtime, and oversees tool replacement program.

    Requires self-direction, high motivation to handle multi-task-oriented position, and the ability to responsibly handle sensitive and confidential information. The position requires interaction with Sr. management and all levels of BU management.


    • Responsible for coordination and scheduling of qualified maintenance personnel training
    • Coordinates onboarding activities for new hires/ transfers including assigning of e learning
    • Assists with maintenance skills matrix
    • Responsible for hourly maintenance technician payroll and attendance tracking
    • Tracking and distribution of maintenance performance reviews
    • Tracks the maintenance overtime hours
    • Oversees maintenance tool replacement
    • Tracks maintenance related reports and audits
    • Assists human relations on special projects
    • Maintenance personnel scheduling in absence of planner
    • Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Maintenance Systems.

    Qualifications


    Basic Requirements:
    High School Diploma or GED

    Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Continental is not able to offer visa support


    Preferred Requirements:
    Associates Degree

    SAP experience
