    Job Description

    American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of Siemens MRI experience and active ARRT (MR) and BLS certifications.

    Responsibilities
    Work in a radiology department performing MRI procedures
    Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
    No call hours, weekends, or holiday shifts required
    All MRI scans performed on Siemens equipment, including Vida, Aera, Skyra, and Avanto models
    Range of exams includes routine neuro, body, and MSK studies; cardiac scans are not performed
    Flexible contract length ranging from 13 to 26 weeks
    All MRI technologists must be nicotine free
    Travelers may not return to this system for 1 year after the previous end date
    ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate testing will be completed during orientation and require a satisfactory score
    Assignments at this location cannot exceed 18 consecutive months, with a 6-month waiting period before returning
    Scrubs or dress code policy will be provided at orientation

    Requirements
    Active ARRT (MR) certification required
    Active AHA BLS certification required
    Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required
    Siemens MRI scanner experience required
    Permanent Ohio license required; compact licenses accepted for certain start dates
    First-time travelers will be considered
    Negative 10 panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start
    At least two professional supervisory references within specialty are required for consideration
    License required if applicable
