    • TimeLocations Showing 1 locationCorporate Von Karman AveIrvine, CA 92614, USADescription The Director of Commercial Banking for our Orange county, CA market is responsible for implementing sales strategy in support of bank goals as well as effectively managing a team of Relationship Managers to ensure existing portfolios are expanding and new business programs are successful.

    RESPONSIBILITIESManage, direct, evaluate and oversee the performance of commercial banking staff; includes performance monitoring, employee development and training, motivating, coaching, mentoring, etc.

    Encourage teamwork.
    Foster organizational commitment.
    Develop and Implement aggressive sales strategies to acquire and expand new and existing customer relationships.
    Maximize loan deposit and production.
    Generate quality loans that are consistent with the principles of safety and soundness, and regulatory compliance.
    Oversee the monitoring of current loans and customers credit profiles to ensure conformity with terms.
    Remain cognizant of developing trends.
    QUALIFICATIONS10+ years of commercial banking experience, bringing in Commercial & Industrial loans and deposits.

    Proven track record of individual sales excellence in the Orange county, CA market3+ years of Management experienceA reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $188,238 to $282,357.

    Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

    A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
