Womble Bond Dickinson seeks a highly qualified attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group. This opportunity is based in our Raleigh, NC office.
Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials and 3 to 5 years of law firm experience involving tort, personal injury, and complex litigation matters.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional oral and written communication skills, a solid scientific or medical background, and experience working with expert witnesses.
It is essential that the successful candidate have the skill, knowledge, and ability to conduct research and apply laws, court decisions, scientific literature, and administrative agency documents to provide exceptional advocacy and counsel.
The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively and cooperatively with attorneys, medical personnel, scientists, paralegals, legal practice assistants and staff.
This position is not eligible for fully remote work, though hybrid configurations of 1 to 2 days per week may be considered.
Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina, willing to take the next available North Carolina bar exam, or be eligible to seek admission without examination.
