- We are looking for highly technical and professional commercial/residential service technicians to join our team. The essential role of the HVAC Service Technician is to provide general repairs and services for new and existing clients. Candidates should have extensive experience with various types of HVAC equipment, and boilers must be able to interact with clients in a professional manner, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and boilers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with the dispatcher to ensure the schedule is maintained.
- Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make model, serial number, type of fuel, and pictures as necessary.
- 2-5 years of experience in HVAC service
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
- Experienced in forced hot air / Hot water systems
