    Job Title: Hospitality Associate

    At Level99-entertainment, we are a real-world gaming venue designed for adults. Our games range from mental and physical challenges to logic puzzles. Each challenge is quick, lasting 1-4 minutes, and players can earn rewards by completing them.

    We offer a full-service bar and award-winning restaurant with scratch-cooked food, local craft beers, handmade cocktails, and event spaces. Our locations include Natick, MA; Providence, RI; Tysons; VA; West Hartford CT Disney Springs FL King of Prussia PA

    The Job Description:
    Hospitality Associates bring the fun! They showcase our concept deliver an ultimate guest experience develop relationships while maintaining a clean safe environment Prioritizing Guest Experience: Provide tours answer questions enforce guest safety provide playful interactions;
    • Enforce guest safety provide playful interactions;
    • Help with upkeep maintenance cleanliness operations entertainment side of the venue.
    Maintain authentic humble interpersonal interactions show up on time daily best-in-class service Uphold Level99 brand visual standards across all business areas product experience display standards environmental cleanliness organization Assist with opening closing tasks as assigned Additional duties assigned Ensure guest safety within venue continuously monitor communicate noticeable risks supervisor Responsibilities MUST-HAVE SKILLS
