    Peacock Properties is growing We are currently seeking a Program Manager to provide excellent service to our clients and internal support to our team.


    Core responsibilities to include:


    Coordination of routine service contracts to include fire and sprinkler testing, backflow testing, gutter cleaning, seasonal landscaping cleanups, drain cleaning, elevator testing, etc.

    Coordination of and participation in condominium association and owner meetings (occasional evenings)
    Meeting with vendors onsite to provide access as needed.
    Coordination of insurance renewals

    Updating tasks and work orders in Buildium on a daily basis to record work performed, data collected, and upload photos.

    Expected to be on-call 5-10 days/month for portfolio emergency needs. Additional compensation is rewarded for both on-call dates and emergency dispatch.
    Maintaining digital and physical office files for reference by various internal departments
    Drafting and sending correspondence and other formal documents
    Other general contracted property maintenance support and duties as needed


    The right candidate must:
    Have reliable transportation.
    Be detail oriented in capturing details of work performed.
    Be able to make daily use of the software we use for our day-to-day operations. We use 8x8 for phones, Buildium for everything, Smartsheet, and Office365 to name a few. We can offer support to get you up and running, but you are fearless to learning new unfamiliar programs.


    Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); ability to quickly learn new software used for daily operation
    Reliable transportation and ability to meet vendors onsite at various locations
    Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Highly organized, natural multitasker who works well in a high volume, fast-paced environment
    Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
    Thrive in a team environment
    Available Monday - Friday between the hours of 7 AM to 5 PM.
