    Insight Global is looking for a Senior Account Manager to support a large health insurance provider in the Pacific Northwest.

    This person will be responsible for working on client strategy for a large book of business for self-funded employers throughout the state.

    They will work alongside a team of account managers and support teams to gather territory research and identify new opportunities.

    8+ years of managing accounts or customer relations, preferably working for a healthcare company or self-funded administrator
    Expertise in understanding self-insurance and working with medium to large self-funded groups
    Must be open to traveling to the Portland, OR area a couple of times a month for client/team meetings
    Routinely exceeds goals and quotas for membership growth within self-insured lines of business.
    Employs consultative selling and problem-solving to ensure a match between the customer's core needs and services, determines future needs, and recommends modifications to existing products/service lines
    Identifies new employer, consultant, and producer prospects on an ongoing basis
    Provides continual education and consultation to the producer/customer through proactive contacts, follow-up on opportunities, and professional contract/benefit negotiations
