    Description


    American Traveler is hiring a travel CT Technologist for a night shift weekend position in a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center of Excellence, requiring ARRT (CT) certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

    Details

    Located in the Diagnostic Radiology department on the 3rd floor of the main hospital building
    Night shift schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, weekends
    Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center of Excellence
    Unit is staffed by 6 CT/Diagnostic Radiology Technologists on the night shift
    Equipment includes 3 GE CT scanners (GE Revolution 512-slice, GE Evolution 128-slice, GE Frontier 128-slice), GE Digital Portable X-Ray units, OEC C-Arms including Digital C-Arm, and a new GE Fluoroscopy room


    EMR:
    Meditech
    Procedures include CT, CTA, CT Perfusion, Trauma CT, Chest and Abdomen CT, Extremity CT, and Diagnostic X-Ray including some OR cases with C-Arms
    13-week contract
    Requirements

    Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
    ARRT (CT) certification required
    Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
    SSN and DOB required for consideration
    One professional reference required
    License required if applicable
    No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
    Additional Information

    Perform CT, CTA, CT Perfusion, Trauma CT, and Diagnostic X-Ray procedures including OR cases with C-Arms
    Diagnostic Radiology experience, including OR and portable X-Ray skills, is preferred
    A self-starter with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset is the ideal personality fit
    Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

    American Traveler Job ID #P Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
