Job summary
Provides executive leadership strategic direction operational oversight for Inpatient Rehabilitation Services within an Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital IRF setting to ensure high-quality patient-centered care regulatory compliance fiscal stewardship alignment with Burke Rehabilitation strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serves as key member senior leadership team contributing hospital-wide strategy operational planning long-term organizational decision-making in alignment with Burkes mission vision strategic priorities.
- Provides executive oversight inpatient therapy services balancing strategic planning day-to-day operational leadership ensure high-quality efficient patient-centered rehabilitation care.
