In this role you'll support Benefit Plans leadership (plan and program managers) with the coordination and execution of plan and program management activities to meet the changing needs of Wespath's plan sponsors and participants, which may include development of strategy, plan and program enhancements, communications, metrics and plan related processes and procedures.
Has extensive defined contribution plan experience.
Is skilled at using tools like Excel to analyze data problems.
Is comfortable being part of a team or leading a team.
Has a focus on customer satisfaction.

Benefit Plans Analyst - Retirement Services Compensation and Benefits Include:
The compensation range for this position is $97,078 - $107,865 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits.
Final compensation will be set based on the hired applicant's qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience.
7+ years of retirement plan administration, retirement plan management and/or data management.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Minimum of 5 years of Defined Contribution experience
Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:
Motivated, focused, and self-managing - able to work on short-term and long-term initiatives with minimal day-to-day management and oversight
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with defined contribution plan administration
Knowledgeable of IRS rules & regulations
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with business intelligence, analytics or visualization software (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
