    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Neurosurgeon to join our medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and cerebrovascular system. The group covers neurosurgery trauma, ER/hospital call at multiple large tertiary hospitals in Phoenix. Elective surgeries are performed at a private practice owned specialty hospital. As a Neurosurgeon, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care, conduct surgeries, and contribute to ongoing research and education in the field.

    Clinical Evaluation:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose neurological conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Surgical Intervention:
  • Perform complex surgical procedures on the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.
  • Utilize advanced surgical techniques to address neurological disorders.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure successful outcomes. Patient Care:
  • Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other medical professionals, including neurologists, radiologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment. Research and Education:
  • Engage in ongoing research activities related to neurosurgery.
  • Stay current with advancements in neurosurgical techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to medical education through training and mentoring residents and medical students. Qualifications: Medical Degree:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in Neurosurgery.
  • Fellowship trained. Licensure:
  • Current and valid medical license. Experience:
  • Proven experience as a practicing Neurosurgeon.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of neurosurgical procedures.
  • All subspecialties are welcomed, but interest in spine, tumor, or endovascular is of particular interest as we try to grow these subdivisions. Communication Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
